Comprehensive and accurate data collection and publication is, therefore, imperative for successful working and growth of an organization. The manpower planning and human resources management depends upon timely and regular updated data. No decision on employees welfare and planning can be made without having statistical and tabulated information of all cadres working all over WAPDA.

WAPDA Manpower Statistics Ready Reckoner is providing all the required information and valuable statistics. For effective planning and latest information, it is being published bi-annually. Efforts have always been made to make the Manpower Statistics more and more dynamic and verstile to cover almost all aspects of employed / vacant position in WAPDA. Thus, the information/data has become more effective, useful and handy.

It is very difficult to collect the information from offices located all over the country but efforts and co-operation extended by all WAPDA departments for their submission of data is appreciated. Emphasis is however still laid upon that for timely publication of the Ready Reckoner within the dschedule, more efforts will be needed from field formation. Any suggesstions for the improvement would always be welcomed.
